Aura

Aura was inspired by the tangible characteristics of music beats and vibrations.
Aura is a music festival inspired by the deaf community. Studio Number0 created a visual language that lets deaf and hearing audiences feel music through light, motion, and space. Traditional festival branding assumes people hear first and see second, often excluding deaf audiences. Aura needed a system that turns rhythm and energy into something you can see and physically sense across different collaterals We treated sound as a design material, using beats and vibrations to shape type, grids, and motion. A responsive wordmark and typographic system move like waveforms, with high‑contrast neon and deep blacks creating an immersive environment, while clear layouts keep schedules and access info easy to read. The identity puts accessibility and experimentation at the center, showing how Studio Number0 translates abstract experiences—like sound and vibration—into visual systems.
