In a market where Korean spirits are treated as commodities, ANJUU offers depth: artisanal production, regional diversity, and a drinking experience meant for fine dining. Our brand development positioned traditional Korean liquor as a premium cultural experience—closer to wine or craft spirits than mass-market soju. We helped the brand expand from niche retail into restaurants and distributors, reaching over 200 active partnerships and equipping hospitality partners with tools to introduce Korean sool as culture-forward, not just another SKU.
